Queer Men’s Process Group

Are you craving mindful connection, open expression, and a holistic way of navigating the challenges of being a queer man? The intention for this group is to hold a space of acceptance, where we can be ourselves and talk about the things that move us. Topics like sex, love, shame, family, trauma, health, spirituality, and wellbeing may come up. We can offer support to each other during difficult journeys and celebrate our victories, too!Each meeting is led by Andrew Pegram, a Peer to Peer Counselor. It starts with a mindfulness meditation to bring us into our bodies, and then moves to a brief reflection theme, an open format discussion, and a close-out with a group cuddle or ecstatic dance. Suggested donation is $5-20, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.(If you have any COVID or flu-like symptoms, please wait to come until you are feeling healthy again. Thank you!)
